Zippers are composed of chain teeth, pull-heads, upper and lower stoppers (front and back) or locking parts. The chain tooth is the key part, which directly determines the side tensile strength of the zipper. A general zipper has two chain straps, each with a chain tooth, two chain teeth interlaced with each other. 1. Cloth belt: a flexible belt woven by cotton yarn, chemical fiber or mixed chemical fiber, used for bearing chain teeth and other zipper components. Band: The reinforcing part at the edge of a cloth band used to hold metal or plastic chain teeth. Tendon: A string consisting of strands of fibers in the middle of a tendon. Chain teeth: refers to metal, plastic and other materials after processing into a certain shape of teeth. Center cord: a cord made from strands of fiber used in the production of nylon zipper chains.
2, tooth chain: refers to the continuous row of teeth. Dental chain: dental chain is fixed on the cloth belt, called dental chain. Chain strap: A chain strap formed by the engagement of two dental chain straps. Upper stop: the stop that is fixed on the tooth chain belt and pulls the head out of the tooth chain belt when the tooth chain is pulled. Lower stop: a stop that is fixed on the dental chain belt and pulls the head out of the dental chain belt when the dental chain is pulled apart so that the two sides of the dental chain can not be completely separated.
3. Front and back lead: the cloth belt without chain teeth on the zipper is called the lead, the top end is the front lead, and the bottom end is the back lead. Latch: A tubular piece fastened to the end of an open zipper and used to completely separate the chain. Socket: square piece attached to the end of an open zipper to completely separate the chain strap. Double-open end baffle: a tubular baffle fitted with intubation for double-open end zippers. Puller: A moving part that engages and pulls apart chain teeth.
