Elastic bands can be divided into woven elastic bands, knitted elastic bands and woven elastic bands according to different weaving methods.
Woven elastic band
By cotton or chemical fiber for warp, weft, a group of rubber silk (latex silk or spandex silk) according to a certain law of interweaving, fabric can be made of plain, heavy flat, twill, double, double warp and jacquard and other organizations. Woven elastic bands are compact in texture and diverse in variety.
Knitted elastic band
It is made of warp and weft lining method. Under the action of the hook or tongue needle, the warp is set into a plait chain, the weft line is lined in each plait chain, the scattered plait chain is connected into a band, the rubber wire is covered by the plait chain, or held by two sets of weft. Knitting elastic band can weave a variety of small patterns, color strip and crescent edge, soft texture, most of the raw material is nylon stretch silk, the products are mostly used for women's bras and underwear.
Braided elastic
Also known as ingot woven elastic belt, the warp through the spindle around the rubber wire according to the "8" shaped track woven. Belt body pattern is herringbone, bandwidth is generally 0.3 ~ 2 cm, texture between woven and knitted elastic band. Variety of design and color more drab, used for clothing. Elastic bands tend to use non-toxic and harmless TPU as raw materials. And can be added into the auxiliary high elastic additives, to enhance its elasticity.
